I am a third-year student at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania pursuing a dual degree with the College of Arts and Sciences. I expect to graduate in 2015 with a B.S. in Economics, a Concentration in Organizational Effectiveness, and a B.A. in Religious Studies. My research interests include work motivation, hierarchical relationships, prosocial giving and helping behaviors, as well as other topics under organizational behavior. I have participated in Wharton Summer Program for Undergraduate Research, Independent Research, and am currently working as Research Assistant at the Management Department. This summer, I will be volunteering to teach English to novice monks at monasteries in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
